As an appointment setter you will be expected to: 1. Book 1-3+ appts per day 2. Source your leads 3. Hit given outbound KPIs 4. Perform daily follow ups 5. Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) 6. Show up to all training/team meetings 7. Complete a daily EOD report (end of day)  Are you prepared to do the work?

Step 1: Setting your expectations


    • Hiring may take weeks or months, depending on your application and the platforms you're using.


    • You will start part-time.


    • Your working hours will follow the team’s set schedule.


    • Interview processes may vary.

    Step 2: Be informed

    Trial Period: 3 weeks

    You must book at least 5 qualified calls during this period to be eligible for base pay.


    • Post-Trial Pay:

      - $3/hour USD

      - $25 commission per booked call

      - 5% of closed deals

    Step 3: Complete your requirements

    1. Submit your application form.

    2. Once you book in a call save the time in your calendar

    3. Attend and pass your interview.

    Step 4: VA Training Once onboarded, you must go through a training with us, once done with the training document, . Requirement before booking the call:

    1. Access to the sheets that we give you.

    2. Accounts that will be used for prospecting.

    3. Finished the training document/SOP.

    Step 5: Start prospecting

    1. You must reach the daily KPI goal.

    2. You must send a daily EOD report.

    3. You should follow up with warm leads, no shows, and send reminders to the booked calls every day.

    Step 6: Performance expectations

    As the lead generation specialist, you're expected to bring results. Failure to achieve results will lead to your dismissal.

    Reason for dismissal

    1. We'll check your campaign. If we see something that you're not supposed to be doing or you aren't doing what you're supposed to do – Dismissal.

    2. Poor performance - Again, you're expected to produce results.

    3. Continuous absences.

    4. Poor internet connection. Or any issues that may cost the low performance of the campaign.
